Turbo sessions will held be at the FISSC Hut (located in the car park) on
Wednesday the 4th Jan for 10 weeks from 6.30-8pm.
Bring your bike and turbo trainer and have an hour long (start at 6:45)
turbo session work out with Martin Millington and his eclectic taste in
music, requests welcome.
The club have a limited number of turbo trainers that can be borrowed if
needed on a first come first serve basis. (mostly suitable for 700
wheel size).
Cost for the sessions are
£3.00 or £25.00 for all 10.
