Stratford cycle club riders were met with strong, blustery winds and heavy, rain showers at the Coventry Road Club 10 mile time trial event at Princethorpe on 17th May.

Despite the conditions the riders managed to record some respectable times. Alison Bagnall won the ladies veterans competition with 25:21. Mick Stallard was the first Stratford rider home finishing 6th overall with a time 22.22 followed by Robin Corder with 23.19 and Martin Millington 24.45. The pre-race favourite Ian Ball of Zenith CC with a time of 21.09 won the race.
