Turbo Sessions for older Juniors will commence on Wed 4th Jan. They will be held at the FISCC Hut (located in the car park). The sessions will be for period of 10 weeks, session time is 6.30 - 8.00pm. Session costs are £3 or £25 for 10 weeks.

Please bring your bike and turbo trainer and have an hour long (session will start at 6.45) turbo session work out with Martin Millington and his eclectic taste in music - requests are welcome! The club have a limited amount of turbo trainers that can be borrowed if need but are on a first come, first served basis (these are mostly suitable for 700 wheel size only).
